What does "founding agent" status mean?

You're one of the first 50 agents on the platform. You get 6 months free access, early access to our investor network, and lifetime founding member benefits as we grow.

How much does it cost after 6 months?

We haven't finalised pricing yet, but founding agents will receive significantly discounted rates for life. We'll communicate pricing well before your free period ends - no surprises.

Why are you limiting it to 50 agents?

We're building a quality network, not a marketplace. Limiting agent numbers ensures investors see the best opportunities and agents get meaningful leads, not noise.

What regions do you cover?

We're starting with Surrey, Home Counties, and Hampshire. We'll expand to other regions based on demand from our founding members.

Listings

Why only 5 listings per agent?

Quality over quantity. We want agents to showcase their best off-market opportunities, not flood the platform. This keeps the network selective and valuable for investors. Five premium properties will always outperform fifty mediocre ones.

What types of properties work best?

Investment properties (BTL, HMOs), development opportunities, land, commercial properties, and high-net-worth residential. Anything investors are actively looking for off-market.

Can I remove a listing anytime?

Yes, you have complete control. Add or remove listings whenever you want.

What if a property sells?

Simply mark it as sold or remove it. That frees up a slot for your next off-market opportunity.

Do listings expire?

No automatic expiration, but we encourage keeping listings current. If a property has been listed for several months without activity, we may reach out to check if it's still available.

Investors

How are investors verified?

Investors must provide proof of funds, ID verification, and demonstrate serious intent. We pre-qualify everyone to ensure you're only dealing with genuine buyers.

How quickly will I get leads?

We're building the investor side simultaneously. As a founding agent, you'll have first access to investors as they join. Early adopters typically see the best results as the network grows.

Can I see investor details before they contact me?

Investors contact you directly through the platform. You'll see their profile, verification status, and investment criteria when they express interest.

What if I get a low-quality lead?

Report it immediately. We take network quality seriously and will investigate any investors who don't meet our standards.

Application & Approval

What's the approval process like?

We review applications within 24 hours. We're looking for professional agents with genuine off-market access and a track record in property.

What if my application is rejected?

We'll keep you on a waitlist and contact you if spaces open up or when we expand beyond the initial 50 founding agents.

Do I need a Companies House number?

It's optional but helps with verification. We accept sole traders and established agencies.

Can I apply if I'm outside Surrey/Hampshire/Home Counties?

Yes, apply anyway. Whilst we're starting in these regions, we're interested in quality agents everywhere for future expansion.

Using the Platform

Is this replacing my current marketing?

No, it's complementary. This is specifically for your off-market deals that you don't want publicly listed on portals.

How do I communicate with investors?

Direct messaging through the platform, or exchange contact details once there's mutual interest. Your choice.

Can I invite other agents from my team?

Each founding place is for one agent account. However, if you're part of a larger agency and want team access, contact us to discuss options.

What support do you provide?

Email support at team@offmarketpro.xyz. As a founding member, you'll have direct access to our team during the beta period.

Can I provide feedback on features?

Absolutely. Founding agents help shape the platform. We actively seek feedback and prioritise features our founding members need.

Legal & Privacy

Who owns the property data?

You do. You can remove your listings anytime. We never claim ownership of your property information.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. We never share agent contact details publicly. Only verified investors who express interest in your properties can contact you through the platform.

What happens to my data if I leave?

All your listings and data are permanently deleted upon request. We retain basic account information for legal/audit purposes only.
