Founding Member Programme
What does "founding agent" status mean?
You're one of the first 50 agents building this platform. As a founding member, you receive a locked-in lifetime rate (up to 34% below standard pricing), permanent founding member recognition, priority support, and direct input into platform development.
How much does membership cost?
Annual Membership (Locked for Life)
- Tier 1 (First 10 members): £1,950/year – Save 34% forever
- Tier 2 (Members 11-25): £2,450/year – Save 17% forever
- Tier 3 (Members 26-50): £2,950/year – Founding rate
Important: After platform launch (17 February 2026), standard membership costs £2,950/year. Your founding rate never increases – it's guaranteed for life.
How is my tier assigned?
Automatically, based on when your application is approved and payment confirmed. It's completely fair – first come, first served:
- First 10 approved & paid → Tier 1 (£1,950/year)
- Next 15 approved & paid → Tier 2 (£2,450/year)
- Final 25 approved & paid → Tier 3 (£2,950/year)
You'll know your exact tier when we send your approval email with payment details.
Why only 50 agents?
We're building a curated network, not a crowded marketplace. Here's why this matters:
- Better leads: 150 investors focusing on 50 agents means higher quality enquiries
- Less competition: Your properties stand out instead of getting buried
- Stronger network: Quality over quantity builds trust and repeat business
When do I need to pay?
Once approved, you have 48 hours to complete payment and secure your founding spot. We'll email you bank transfer details along with your assigned tier. Payment typically processes within 1-2 business days, then your account activates immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is my rate really locked forever?
Yes, absolutely. Your founding member rate never increases. Even if we raise standard pricing to £4,000 or £5,000/year, your rate stays exactly what you paid when joining. This guarantee is legally binding and written into your membership terms. It's the core value of being a founding member.
Can I get a refund?
Before activation: Full refund if we reject your application.
After activation: Annual fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, but there are no pro-rata refunds for unused months.
Why no refunds? The founding rate locks in your lifetime savings. We can't offer refunds while guaranteeing permanent discounted pricing.
When does my membership renew?
Annually, on the anniversary of platform launch (17 February 2026). We'll send payment reminders 30 days before renewal. Your locked rate means renewal is always the same amount – no surprises, no increases.
What regions do you cover?
UK-wide from day one. Whether you're in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, or anywhere else in the UK, you can join. We're recruiting investors across all UK regions to match your property locations.
Property Listings
Why limit listings to 5 properties per agent?
Quality over quantity works better for everyone:
- Investors see your best deals – not buried in hundreds of mediocre listings
- You focus on premium off-market opportunities – not filling slots with average properties
- Higher conversion rates – selective listings get more serious enquiries

What types of properties work best?
Off-market investment opportunities that serious investors actively seek: BTL portfolios, HMOs, development sites, land with planning, commercial property, and high-net-worth residential. If it's something investors can't find on Rightmove or Zoopla, it belongs here.
Can I update or remove listings anytime?
Yes. Complete control – add, edit, or remove properties whenever you want. No penalties, no questions asked. When a property sells or you want to replace it with something better, just update your listings. It takes 30 seconds.
What happens when a property sells?
Mark it as sold or remove it – that slot immediately opens for your next off-market opportunity. Your 5 listing limit is always available for active properties.
Do listings expire automatically?
No automatic expiry. However, we encourage keeping listings current – investors want fresh opportunities. We may contact you about listings inactive for 90+ days to ensure they're still available.
Can I list properties that are also on Rightmove or Zoopla?
No. This platform is exclusively for off-market properties. If it's publicly listed on traditional portals, it doesn't belong here. That exclusivity is what makes OffMarket Pro valuable to investors – they're seeing opportunities no one else can access.

How are investors verified?
Every investor goes through strict verification before accessing your properties:
- Proof of funds – documented evidence of investment capital
- ID verification – confirmed identity and anti-money laundering checks
- Investment criteria – clear demonstration of serious investment intent
- Paid membership – financial commitment filters time-wasters
You only deal with pre-qualified, ready-to-move buyers.
How quickly will I get enquiries?
Platform launches 17 February 2026 with 150+ verified investors already recruited. As a founding member, you have first access as investors join. Expect gradual growth rather than immediate flood – quality leads develop over weeks, not days. Most founding agents see their first serious enquiry within the first month.
Can I see investor details before they enquire?
Yes. When an investor expresses interest in your property, you'll see their verified profile, investment criteria, typical deal size, and proof of funds status. You decide whether to respond based on complete information.
What if I receive a low-quality enquiry?
Email team@offmarketpro.xyz immediately with details. We investigate every complaint seriously. Time-wasters, fake buyers, or anyone not meeting our standards gets removed. Your founding member status means priority action on quality issues.
Do investors pay for access?
Yes. Investors pay £2,950-£5,950/year depending on their tier. This financial commitment filters out browsers and ensures everyone on the platform is genuinely serious about investing.
Application & Approval
How fast is the approval process?
Most applications reviewed within 24 hours. We're looking for professional agents with genuine off-market access and relevant property experience. Quality matters more than speed – we'd rather take an extra day to get the right people than rush approvals.
What makes an application successful?
We evaluate four key areas:
- Property experience – demonstrated track record in commercial or investment property
- Off-market specialization – genuine access to off-market opportunities
- Business legitimacy – registered business or established sole trader
- Application quality – clear explanation of your off-market network and deal flow
What if my application is rejected?
You'll go on a waitlist with priority access if founding spots open or we expand beyond 50 members. We keep your application on file and contact waitlisted agents first when opportunities arise.
Do I need a company registration number?
Not required, but it helps verification. We accept both limited companies and sole traders. What matters most is demonstrating legitimate business activity and genuine off-market access.
Can newer agents apply?
Yes. Experience matters, but off-market network quality matters more. If you have genuine access to off-market opportunities and can demonstrate consistent deal flow, years in business is less important. We care about your connections, not just your CV.
Using the Platform
Does this replace my existing marketing?
No – it's complementary. Use OffMarket Pro specifically for deals you don't want publicly listed on Rightmove, Zoopla, or traditional portals. It fills a gap rather than replacing channels. Many agents use traditional portals for on-market properties and OffMarket Pro for their best off-market exclusives.
How do I communicate with investors?
Secure messaging through the platform keeps everything professional and documented. Once there's mutual interest, you can exchange direct contact details if you prefer. You control how relationships develop – we just facilitate the initial connection.
Can my team access my account?
Each founding spot is one account. For larger agencies wanting multiple team members, contact team@offmarketpro.xyz to discuss options. We can arrange multi-user access for established agencies.

Can I influence platform features?
Absolutely. Founding agents aren't just users – you're partners building this platform. We actively seek feedback, prioritize founding member feature requests, and involve you in major decisions. Your input shapes what we build next.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime with 30 days notice via email. You remain liable for the current annual period (no pro-rata refunds), but your founding rate stays available if you rejoin later (subject to availability). Most founding members don't cancel – the lifetime rate savings far outweigh annual costs.
Legal & Privacy
Who owns my property data?
You do. We never claim ownership of your property information. Remove listings anytime – they're immediately deleted from the platform. Your data, your control, always.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. We never share agent contact details publicly. Only verified investors who express specific interest in your properties can contact you through the platform. No spam, no cold calls, no data sharing with third parties.
What happens to my data if I leave?
All listings permanently deleted upon request. We retain basic account information (name, email, payment records) for legal and accounting requirements (7 years), then it's deleted. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Are you GDPR compliant?
